The initial treatment was interpreted as two physiotherapist left one after the other. A thin, corner, replaced them. He adapted immediately to my problem rotator cuff issues with both shoulders. I had seen consultant Mr Little who recommended cortisone injections or physiotherapy. Conner has been highly supportive and taught me all the appropriate exercises from beginning to end of the treatment. It is quick to respond to my questions re exercises explains with care/attention is very encouraging and a confidence builder when I returned to Mr Little for assessment several weeks later he was impressed.

Very welcoming and easy to talk to. I had 4 sessions and each time built on the exercises which worked really well. Always on time. To be improved: open Saturdays.
